HaliteHomes is provided by Halite Investments LLC as an organizational tool to help you keep track of property and home information. By using the app you agree to the following.

Organizational tool only — not professional advice

HaliteHomes does not provide legal, tax, insurance, maintenance, construction, or property-management advice. Information in the app (including suggested maintenance tasks and schedules) is general and may not fit your specific property or situation.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying your own maintenance needs, lease obligations, local laws and codes, HOA rules, safety requirements, insurance requirements, and for seeking professional guidance where appropriate. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for qualified professionals or required inspections.

Exports, backups, and credentials

You are responsible for your exported files and backups. Exports that contain passwords or access codes should only be shared with people authorized to access the property’s devices. Keep backup passphrases safe — a forgotten passphrase cannot be recovered.

Purchases

In-app purchases, where available, are handled by the relevant app store (for example, Google Play) under that store’s terms. Refunds and billing are subject to the app store’s policies.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Halite Investments LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the app, including data loss, missed maintenance, or decisions made using the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
